No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns on any products once the purchase has been completed. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase all sales are final 

Damaged items 

if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact icandytanners@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with order number and issue , this will be reviewed and we will determine the best cause of action.

Order processing & delivery 

All orders are aimed to be processed the following next working day after your purchase, please allow 3 business days.

Delivery time 

Orders should arrive 2-3 days after dispatch , ensuring you receive our products quickly. please note delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control.
